I was lucky to share in such a beautiful Autumn wedding with Kristen & Tom the other day! We had a great overcast day (a photographers dream) & some awesome foliage to take advantage of! I photographed Kristen’s sisters wedding a few years back & it’s always such an honor when a family keeps me in mind for the next wedding!!
Tonight I had a very fun & very challenging engagement session with new clients of mine Christina & Scott.
Being big fans of the city (their wedding is at the Omni Parker House in Boston) they were very sure that they wanted “night-time pictures in the Seaport District”….So who am I to argue….I love a photography challenge!!
So to my friends and followers out there who are not photographers…the challenge in photographs like these are trying to match the background & foreground exposure. Meaning….putting enough light on my clients so that you can see their faces while allowing enough light into the camera so that the background is as beautiful as it should be.
The result is a balancing act of photography and some beautiful images
I shared a beautiful day with Alex & Marc! A stunning bride & an Air Force officer….what more could a photographer ask for! They celebrated their wedding in a very Etsy inspired way & absolutely nailed it! This day was filled with personal touches and creative ideas….with a dance floor that was blast to photograph!
I spent a beautiful evening with Karlene & Pat at the Margate Resort on Lake Winnipesaukee. Karlene had mentioned to me a while back how much she enjoyed viewing my Facebook page each Sunday and seeing my wedding samples from the night before. So, with that being said…..I’m happy to say that it’s now their turn to get a sneak peak of what a beautiful wedding day they shared. Here’s a a few samples from their day appropriately starting with the champagne overflowing!
